2. Stay Focus! : snapp out of your dreams and think of consequences!
3. Be Optimistic: it doesnt hurt!
4. Let go of Fear.
5. Excercise 3 times weekly, subsequently increase to 5 times.
6. Stick to a HEALTHYdiet
- Fried food, food that's High in Sugar content- NONO
- Drink vegetable juice 4 times weekly
- Take steamed, soupy, non-oily meals
7. Be seen as a social Butterfly.
